Mountains, Sea & Simplicity in Sardinia 🩵 🇮🇹

This nature-filled island with its mountains, valleys, big cliff and sandy coast line, clear aqua blue waters, sunny skies, incredible local wine, delicious fresh food, and the welcoming locals of this island were all spectacular.

Spending our days driving through the windy hills, boating on the blue sea, exploring and scouting so many places with @amybeachyoga was another week for the books!! Sad to leave this island that prioritizes the simple things in life. But excited to return again! ☺️🧘🏼‍♀️😉

Although many think of Ibiza as a party spot, there is a felt sense of tranquility that surrounds this island as well.

Compassion & empowerment through education and embodiment. That’s what this course should really be called. But words really can’t fully describe what took place over the last week.

This 50-hr Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatics Training was a deep dive into learning the science of trauma and mental health, paired with the wisdom of yoga, somatic therapy, and an embodiment of the learnings through specific nervous system regulation practices to help rewire and repattern.

These gorgeous souls stepped in fully, supporting one another, and themselves to a new level. This information and knowledge is truly life changing. Not only for the students of the training, but for their clients, students and loved ones too, as they take this knowledge into the world. This ripple effect of positive support and healing. It’s what I’m here for. 🤍

Bali, I’m back! 🫶🏻 🇮🇩

Happy to be back on this island again, and ready to share even more with you. Check out my teaching schedule this month. I hope to see you there, Bali friends & students!

ALSO…my Trauma-Informed Training will be taking place APRIL 21-27 at @the_istana with @aylanyogaschool. So excited to share this crucial information on the science and philosophy of trauma and mental health, along with tools and practices to regulate the nervous system and rewire the brain towards greater well-being. If you are interested in providing an even deeper impact to your students and clients, DM me to chat more about this training. This is a week-long immersive training you don’t want to miss, at one of the best wellness centers on the island! You don’t have to be a yoga teacher to join, but if you are, you can receive 50 hours of CEUs via the Yoga Alliance.
