Gentle Yoga Flow (60-min): 5:00pm PST / 8:00pm EST
Join Katie for a 60-minute Gentle Flow Yoga Class to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll move through mindful yoga sequencing and poses, while weaving in deeper stretches to create greater relaxation and openness within the body and mind.
Guided Meditation (20-min): 6:00pm PST / 9:00pm EST
This class will include a variety of meditations throughout the month, including: Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Meditation and more to help you ground down & center.
Gentle Yoga & Transformational Breathwork (75-min): 5:00pm PST / 8:00pm EST
Break open to break through!
This class will begin with a gentle 30 minute yoga flow to open specific areas of your physical and energetic body before an active 3-part guided Breathwork Session, allowing you to dive into the deeper layers of your mind, heart and spirit. Give this profound breathwork class a try and create even greater breakthroughs in life.
Starting June 7th
All Levels Vinyasa Flow & Meditation (60-min): 5:00pm PST / 8:00pm EST
Pairing our breath with movement, we will strengthen, open and elongate the body while easing the tension in our mind. This class will include variations to many postures.
Yoga Nidra Meditation (30-min): 6:00pm PST / 9:00pm EST
Join this 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation and sink into an enlightened sleep. This guided journey will be paired with gentle music allowing you to feel truly blissful and relaxed. An eye mask, eye pillow, or something else to cover your eyes is highly recommended as well to sink into this deep form of meditation.
