Enjoy a playful morning in the sunshine guided by certified Stand-up Paddle (SUP) Yoga Instructor Katie Nesbitt. During this two hour event, you’ll learn proper paddle technique and safety before cruising around the harbor to warm up, build strength and check out the local wildlife. Playing with balance, focus and awareness, we’ll move through a gentle yoga practice on the water, including the most relaxing floating savasana. Experience the ocean, and your yoga practice, in a whole new way.
Event is open to all levels and experience, but all participants must be able to swim. SUP Boards and paddles will be provided by The Liquid Yogi.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early at Tarsan Stand Up Paddle (address below) for proper check-in and to ensure we start class on time. Bring sunscreen, a hat and water.
