Bali Yoga & Adventure Retreat
February 27, 2022 - March 9, 2022
Join Katie and Amy on a yoga, adventure and spiritual trip of a lifetime.
In 2020 & 2021 we were forced to pause and “retreat” alone, but we hear you and your desire to travel again safely, live life, and reconnect. Our 2022 retreats will provide even more options, safety measures, and MORE EPIC experiences!
Our upcoming Bali retreat in May will include two options to help you reconnect to your desires, discover the magical “Island of the Gods,” and experience an escape for your soul on the most balanced retreat imaginable. Choose between a 7-night retreat or extend your trip to a 10-night retreat to experience not only the spiritual jungle area of Bali, but also the unique beaches of Bali.
Our 7-night retreat will be filled with unique excursions, yoga, meditation, relaxation, forming new friendships, learning from one another, growing together as a group, and creating memories to last a lifetime. If you choose to extend your retreat to 10-nights with us, we will spend our final 3 nights together at one of the top beach resorts in Bali at a volcanic black sand and sparkly beach for more relaxation and fun as a group.
Bali is filled with beauty, spirituality and a culture like no other in the world. Katie has led numerous retreats to Bali and has lived on the island throughout the recent years; while Amy has traveled to Bali on many occasions for travel as well as leading retreats. Together, we have planned a beautiful retreat experience of yoga, energy healing, and fun to leave you with a renewed sense of life and adventure.
This Yoga & Adventure Retreat will offer daily yoga and meditation to feel a greater sense of connection, movement, strength, openness, and peace. On most days, we will also venture to the best spots around Bali to soak in the true culture of this heartfelt island.
If we are unable to retreat to Bali Feb 2022 due to extended travel restrictions, our trip will be postponed and your payments will be credited to a future retreat.

COVID-19: Retreat with Safety
Since the Coronavirus outbreak and its huge global impact, good hygiene and wellbeing have come to the forefront of our everyday lives. Self-care and good health have always been at the core of our work along with the health and safety of our guests. We continue to closely follow the international developments regarding Coronavirus.
Although the Bali borders have been closed to non-residents in early 2021, Bali has consistently had low numbers of Covid and we anticipate travel for tourists to take place soon. We’d like to mention that we deeply value and appreciate the commitment of YOU, who choose our retreats. The majority of our retreat time is spent outdoors & in nature and all our locations are spacious with big outdoor areas, including our yoga and eating spaces. Yoga takes place in a covered shala, that is open with no walls. The yoga shala will be cleaned daily and mats will be placed with mindful social distancing. Retreat & vacation time is to be treasured even more during these times and we’re committed to keeping the magical spirit of Bali alive, accessible and safe. We will avoid large crowds and travel in private vehicles. Our accommodations are in intimate Balinese boutique hotels, where we will have the majority of the rooms. Additionally, we will have a registered nurse with us the entire time, and will be adhering to all required and recommended sanitization and safety protocols throughout our retreat. Your health and safety is of utmost importance during our week away.
We have extended the balance payment until February 1st. In case further travel restrictions are applied to Bali, any amounts paid will be credited towards any retreat of his/her choice in 2022-2023 (subject to availability). We look forward to welcoming you on our retreats! We acknowledge the complications of the current situation and we’re fully committed to doing our best to ensure that our guests can travel and enjoy their retreat with confidence. We also require and trust that each individual will respect the above rules and that individual hygiene will always be in everyone’s daily practice. Thank you for taking the time to read the above practices and we look forward to welcoming you to Bali. We strongly believe that a new and better face of travel can emerge from these wild times. We trust that people will be more aware of their individual choices and actions towards more sustainable tourism and we will all collectively strive to look for experiences that benefit both the guests and the local communities they will be visiting.
Current Indonesia Travel Regulations: As of June 1, 2020 a negative COVID-19 test (PCR and/or serology) is required for entry into Bali, Indonesia. You must complete this test and have a negative result within 3 days of your flight. We will share more details around the testing and travel requirements as we get closer to our departure date. If there are changes to any travel regulations between the US and Bali, we will update this section and contact any registered participants with updates.
If we are unable to retreat to Bali in Feb due to extended travel restrictions, our trip will be postponed and your payments will be credited to a future retreat.
