Learn to balance and fly during this invigorating Arm Balancing & Inversion Workshop with Katie. This 3-hour workshop will begin with a vinyasa flow practice to warm up the body in a systematic way, preparing the body for a variety of beginner and intermediate arm balances and inversions.
This will be a fun, lighthearted, and educational workshop where various postures, a focus on preparatory strength, alignment, and modifications will be explored to help you expand your arm balance and inversion practice even beyond this workshop.

All levels are welcome, but one year of yoga practice is recommended. Various layers of inversions will be explored allowing you to practice the many stages of arm balances and inversions that feel best for your practice.
